Ector County Independent School District

Ector County Independent School District is a public school district based in Odessa, Texas (USA).

In addition to Odessa, the district also serves the communities of West Odessa, Gardendale, and Goldsmith as well as rural areas in Ector County.

In 2008, a recommendation was made that would reopen Ector Junior High as a 4th High school alternative for Odessa, due to increase enrollment in the 3 High Schools. This recommendation is still pending
