Sean Fraser (Jamaican footballer)

Sean Fraser (born 15 February, 1983) is a Jamaican footballer who currently plays for Miami FC in the USL First Division.

Fraser was born Sean Peter Roy Fraser in Kingston, Jamaica. Nicknamed 'Matterhorn', the midfielder played for Harbour View F.C. and Hazard United in the Jamaican National Premier League, Boavista Sport Club in Campeonato Cariocacite web | title = Saiba como os 'pequenos' estão para o Campeonato Carioca, que começa nesta quarta | url=http://odia.terra.com.br/esporte/htm/geral_78116.asp | accessdate = 2008-06-11 | publisher=O Dia | language=Portuguese ] , and Miami FC in the USL First Division.

Fraser appeared for the Jamaican U-20's in the 2001 FIFA World Youth Championship in Argentina and made his debut for the Jamaica national football team in 2000 against the Cayman Islands and earned two more caps in 2001. He never made it to the highest level of the national team.

Sean is represented in Jamaica by Kinetic Sports Management and has an ongoing equipment deal with Kelme through the Jamaican distributor Locker Room Sports.

Sean got additional National Senior Caps in the qualifying round of The Digicel Caribbean Cup.Playing in Miami he got great comments and accolades from his teammates namely Brazilian greats Zinho and Romário who admire is passion and his learning ability. Sean has one sister and one brother.

Fraser attended Clarendon College which is a high school located in Clarendon, Jamaica where he was a star player on the school's football team. He attended Camperdown High School prior to attending Clarendon College. He also attended Vas Preparatory School.
