Becky Hogge is a UK-based music and technology writer and the executive director [ [http://www.openrightsgroup.org/2006/12/14/becky-hogge-to-be-new-org-executive-director Open Rights Group: Becky Hogge to be new ORG Executive Director] ] of the Open Rights Group. During her time with openDemocracy she helped establish the China environment website chinadialogue, along with editor Isabel Hilton.
