Grayvoron ( _ru. Гра́йворон) is a town in Belgorod Oblast, Russia, located on the shores of the Vorskla (a tributary of the Dnieper) and Grayvoronka Rivers. It is the administrtative center of Grayvoronsky District. Population: 6,000 (2005 est.);fact|date=May 2008 ru-census|p2002=6196|p1989=5992

Grayvoron "sloboda" was founded on August 5, 1678. The settlement was granted town status in 1838. It is the birth place of the Russian engineer and inventor Vladimir Shukhov.
