History

The Company was founded by Nicholas Vetch, Philip Burks and James Gibson in 1998. It was listed on the Alternative Investment Market in 2000. The company converted to a real estate investment trust in 2007. Operations

The company rents secure, clean, dry and well lit individually lockable space in large warehouses. The company has a strong focus on security and convenience. At the end of 2007 it had 45 stores and another 27 in development.
