Atrauli is a city and a municipal board in Aligarh district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India.

It is around 30 km far from Aligarh, which is famous for Aligarh Muslim University. Ex. Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, has contested many elections from Atrauli constituency.

It also known in the Hindustani classical music world, as the birth place of music legend, Ustad Alladiya Khan, the founder of the Jaipur-Atrauli gharana (school of music).
