Andrej Komac (born December 4, 1979) is a Slovenian footballer player from Nova Gorica, Slovenia, who gained his reputation with HiT Gorica. He also played for NK Primorje, Olimpija Ljubljana and CS Marítimo, where he attracted the attention of clubs such as Sporting Clube de Portugal, Newcastle United, and Borussia Dortmund. He's currently playing for Swedish team Djurgårdens IF.

National Team

Komac has represented Slovenia on many occasions; from Under-15 to senior level he was also part of the World Cup 2006 team that failed to make it to Germany. He currently has 33 caps for senior team.
