Simply Ming

Simply Ming

"Simply Ming" is a television cooking show hosted by chef Ming Tsai, and is produced by WGBH, Boston and Ming East-West, LLC. "Simply Ming" is presented by American Public Television. Underwriters of the show include Ocean Spray, Breitling, Contessa Foods, and All-Clad cooking utensils.

The premise of the show consists of Chef Ming presenting a method for a "master sauce" or "master recipe", after which he prepares several other recipes using the master sauce/recipe as an ingredient. He also has other guests invited to the show with their creations using the same master sauce.

The latest season of the show takes on a different theme—combining eastern and western foods and condiments, using the same format as previous seasons.
