Fox Meadow Estates, Medina, Ohio

Fox Meadow Estates is a convert|565|acre|km2|sing=on residential community located in Montville Township in Medina, Ohio, USA. The area, commonly referred to as Fox Meadows or Fox Meadow, is made up of approximately 240 houses and 200 condominiums constructed on top of a relatively high elevation area in Medina County. Many of the homes have a value of $1 million USD.

The neighborhood is built around an 18-hole natural topographic golf course named Country Clubs of Fox Meadow – Meadow Course that was designed by architect Steve Burns and completed in 1995. The homes and private country club are accessed from State Route 162, State Route 57, and Poe Road. A small part of the property borders Interstate 71 but does not have direct access to it. Fox Meadow can also be accessed through Highland Meadows, an adjacent neighborhood.

Other amenities

Golfers and trail walkers overlook an alpaca farm that lies along a fairway. A 55 acre lake in the center, and 11 scattered ponds are all popular for fishing. A large gazebo in County Lakes and several picnic areas are also frequently used by its residents.

* County Lakes: Consists of condominiums immediately surrounded by golf holes 14, 15, and 17; overlooks Aberdeen Bay. It is the only Fox Meadow sub-association without a Board of Trustees.

* The Hollows: The smallest and oldest of the sub-associations; Consists of condominiums (all on Hollow Lane) that border golf holes 1 and 10.

* Western Gales: The largest and newest of the sub-associations; consists of houses and houses under construction. It borders golf holes 9, 17, and 18; Hole 17 divides Western Gales into two parts and Montauk Pointe is the street that connects them.
