Woodridge, Queensland is a suburb of Logan City in the South East of Queensland, Australia, located just within the Brisbane metropolitan area and had a population of 18,039 as of the 1996 census. Woodridge has a railway station, which is part of the QR Citytrain network. It is in Zone 5 of the TransLink integrated public transport system.

Woodridge is also the scene of a huge flea market every Sunday, which includes a wide variety of new and used goods.

On September 3, 2004, the Indonesian Ambassador to Australia, Imron Cotan, was invited to present a speech on Indonesia's Political, Economic and Social Prospects at the Indonesia Update 2004, convened by the Australia Education International and IDP Education in Brisbane. During his trip to Queensland, the Ambassador made a short visit to Woodridge State High School to meet the community of Indonesian students and teachers and the City Councillor to encourage the long-term benefits of studying Indonesian.
