Coordinates: 41°43′32″N 91°47′26″W / 41.72567°N 91.79064°W / 41.72567; -91.79064 The Clear Creek Amana School District in Eastern Iowa consists of four different campuses: there are 3 primary elementary schools. One in Oxford, Iowa (Oxford Elementary); One in Amana, Iowa (Amana Elementary); and the last in North Liberty, Iowa (North Bend Elementary). The middle school and the high school are both located in Tiffin, Iowa.The district is composed of two originally separate community school districts: Clear Creek and Amana, which merged in 1990. Actor and producer Ashton Kutcher is an alumnus of the high school. The school district main office is located at 327 S Augusta Avenue, Oxford, IA.
The school mascot is the Clipper ship, but to date the ship remains symbolic; no actual mascot is present at school functions. At the Amana Elementary, inside the gym, there is an old indication that the school's mascot was once the "Rockets" for 'Rockets' is implanted length wise on the floor. The school song is "Anchors Away" and is played at pep rallies and athletic event, as well as school events.
