Stephen Tulloch (born January 1, 1985) is an American football linebacker who currently plays for the National Football League's Tennessee Titans. He was drafted in the fourth round of the 2006 NFL Draft, with the 116th overall pick. He played college football for North Carolina State and was the MVP of the Meineke Car Care Bowl in a 2005 victory over South Florida. He left the "Wolfpack" his junior year in College. He attended Miami Killian Senior High School along with fellow N.C. State alum's Pat Thomas(Jacksonville Jaguars) Andre Maddox(New York Jets) and Florida high school running back great and N.C. State alum Bobby Washington. Stephen Tulloch wore #4 in high school.

Tulloch is undersized at 5 feet 11 inches but known for his field presence, quickness and tenacity. He has a chance at playing inside linebacker for the NFL Titans alongside outside linebacker standouts Keith Bulluck and David Thornton.
