* Edwin Hill (United Kingdom)(1793-1876), mechanical inventor (co-developer of an envelope manufacturing machine in 1845) and writer on currency, son of Thomas Wright Hill, brother of the father of the modern postal system Rowland Hill, and first British Controller of Stamps.
* Edwin D. Hill (1937), president of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
* Edwin J. Hill (1894–1941), U.S. Navy sailor who was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for heroism during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.
* Lord Arthur Edwin Hill, who assumed the title of Baron Trevor in 1890.
* E.D. Hill, co-host of "Fox and Friends."
