Guy Pierre is a
sculptor living inLaval ,Quebec ,Canada .In
1984 , Pierre enrolled in the Ottawa School of Art where he studied anatomy, pattern work, and moulding techniques. He studied bronze casting with Donald Liardi at the Alpen School of Art inOntario and later inFrance with Martine Vaugel, developing his anatomical skills by way of the clay medium. In June 1994, Pierre won first prize for his sculpture "Vent Chaud" at the International Sculpture Competition in Davenport, Iowa, and second prize for his work "La Caresse".Pierre's sculptures are to be found in both private and public collections in many countries, including
