Russell K. "Bull" Behman (born January 15, 1900, date of death unknown) was a professional football player and coach in the early National Football League. He played at Dickinson College in 1922 and 1923, captaining the team in the latter year.

In 1924, Behman joined the Frankford Yellow Jackets, a long-established team but then new to the National Football League. He emerged as a placekicker in 1925, hitting on five field goals and twelve PAT's. In 1926, he jumped to the new American Football League's Philadelphia Quakers, but when that league folded after one season, he returned to Frankford. He was twice named a first-team All-Pro. The following year, as the team began to run into financial problems, Behman resigned. His career NFL coaching record was 13-20-7.
