Bosnia and Herzegovina became an international beauty queen when she was crowned as the secondMiss Earth onOctober 20 ,2002 . Miss Earth is an annual internationalbeauty pageant promotingenvironmental awareness . She won the pageant's second edition, which was held inQuezon City ,Philippines . She was the first delegate from her country to win a title from one of the four major international beauty pageants namely: Miss Earth,Miss International ,Miss Universe , andMiss World .
