Daniele Suzuki (born September 21, 1977, in Rio de Janeiro) is a Brazilian actress and TV host.
Daniele Suzuki is the daughter of Hiroshi Suzuki, a first generation Japanese Brazilian from São Paulo, whose parents immigrated from Shizuoka. Her mother is Ivone Suzuki, a Brazilian from Minas Gerais, of Italian, German and Amerindian descent.[1][2] Her father walked out on her family when she was 15 years old and moved back to São Paulo. Suzuki was raised in Rio de Janeiro, by her mother and grandmother. She faced financial difficulties and had to live at her mother's friend home because her father sold the family's house, leaving them with no other option. She said that she "didn't go hungry because she always had friends". Since then, she reported to rarely see her father.[3]
When she was 15 years old, Suzuki started her career as a model, however she reported that her Japanese appearance somewhat limited her chances as a model. She graduated for Industrial Design in PUC. Later, she started acting. She gained fame in the Brazilian teenager Malhação telenovela. Nowadays, Suzuki also works as a host in "Pé no Chão" show, in Brazilian Multishow channel.
