Overview

*Wolves in Wolves Clothing is the first NOFX LP to contain a title track since 1989's "S&M Airlines" (2000's "Pump Up The Valuum" had a title track, but it was cut from the album and later released on "45 or 46 Songs That Weren't Good Enough to Go on Our Other Records").
*The CD version has a hidden, eleven minute track; featuring Fat Mike's home demos of songs that would appear on the album and early performances of songs by the entire band.
*The first 1062 albums were pressed yellow/green vinyl. [http://www.nofxwiki.net/w/Wolves_In_Wolves%27_Clothing]
*Six of the songs appeared previously on the 7" of the Month Club series: "Leaving Jesusland", "Benny Got Blowed Up", "The Man I Killed", "Getting High On The Down Low", "Cool and Unusual Punishment", and "You Will Lose Faith", although they all differ somewhat from the versions that appeared in that series ("Leaving Jesusland" and "Getting High on the Down Low" were re-recorded, "The Man I Killed" and "You Will Lose Faith" were altered to become full-band arrangements, "Benny Got Blowed Up" had some guitar effects/overdubs added, and "Cool and Unusual Punishment" was remastered).
*Two other songs from the album appeared on the "Never Trust a Hippy" EP, released in March: "Seeing Double At The Triple Rock" and "The Marxist Brothers".
*Some versions of the album contained a sampler CD from fat Wreck Chords entitled "Fat Free Sampler".
*An early version of "Getting High on the Down Low" was released on a free Fat Wreck Chords compilation entitled, "Rock Against Floyd," a parody of Fat Wreck's "Rock Against Bush, Vol. 1" cover.
