Vinnie Anderson (born February 14 1979 in Auckland, New Zealand) is a New Zealand rugby league player for Warrington Wolves in the English European Super League competition. His usual position is loose-forward and he can also operate as a stand-off. He is the elder brother of Louis Anderson and Fraser Anderson.

Anderson has played for the New Zealand Warriors in the National Rugby League and St Helens in the Super League. He has represented New Zealand on six occasions between 2001 and 2006.

New Zealand Warriors

Anderson has carved a reputation for his tough tackling and good ball skills.

t Helens

Anderson signed St Helens in 2005 after the RFL refused to register him as a London Broncos player because of the London sides financial problems at the time.cite web|url=http://www.guardian.co.uk/sport/2005/mar/08/rugbyleague.andywilson|title=Lewis denies quit claim over Broncos vote|publisher=Guardian|date=2005-03-08|accessdate=2008-05-16]

He has been named in the Tonga training squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.cite web|url=http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12196_3935853,00.html|title=Tug-of-war over Mason|publisher=Sky Sports|date=2008-08-05|accessdate=2008-08-06]
