Susan Hussey, Baroness Hussey of North Bradley

Susan Hussey, Baroness Hussey of North Bradley, DCVO (born 1 May 1939) is a Woman of the Bedchamber to Queen Elizabeth II.

She was born Susan Katherine Waldegrave, the fifth and youngest daughter of the 12th Earl Waldegrave. On 25 April 1959 she married Marmaduke Hussey (later Chairman of the Board of Governors of the BBC) and they had two children, James Arthur (born 15 August 1961) and Katherine Elizabeth (born 1 February 1964).

Her husband was created a life peer as Baron Hussey of North Bradley in 1996.

Lady Hussey of North Bradley is the sister of the 13th Earl Waldegrave and the life peer and former Conservative Cabinet Minister the Lord Waldegrave of North Hill.

She is known as The Lady Susan Hussey in her capacity as Woman of the Bedchamber, and is a godmother of Prince William of Wales.
