WWHI (91.3 FM) is a radio station operated by students of Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. The station is branded as WCRD ""The Broken Wing of College Radio", a reference to Cardinal Radio Dave, after alumnus David Letterman, and now stands for "We're College Radio on Demand" as of 2006.Fact|date=April 2008

The station's format is primarily rock and top 40, however listener requests, DJ's choice, as well as College Radio Format are also played. This new format was implemented in 2006 after switching away from only using College Radio Format and DJ's choice.

The station is operated out of the David Letterman Communication and Media Building on the Ball State University campus.

The station is also the only radio station in the MAC (Mid-American Conference) that broadcasts all 18 collegiate sports that Ball State has to offer.

WCRD Radio has a one hour news show every weekday from 5 to 6 p.m.

WCRD obtained the license for educational station WWHI in 2005 from Muncie Southside High School, where the tower is located, allowing the station to broadcast beyond their carrier circuit only available on campus.

A live stream of the station is also available on WCRD's website as well as WCRH-TV, Channel 57 on Ball State's campus.
