Projects and Development India Limited (PDIL) is an Indian company that owned by the government of India. It oversees the construction of chemical plants.[1] It has financially struggled in the past, and received a bailout from the government of India in 2003.[2] It has also helped develop catalysts and has operated the world's only public sector catalyst manufacturing operation.[3]
