Oku-hyoga Rock

Oku-hyoga Rock (70°6′S 39°1′E / 70.1°S 39.017°E / -70.1; 39.017) is a rock which is the farthest south bare rock exposed along the east side of Shirase Glacier, in Queen Maud Land. Mapped from surveys and air photos by Japanese Antarctic Research Expedition (JARE) 1957-62, and named Oku-hyoga-iwa (inner glacier rock) because of its position.
