The Ohotnikovo Solar Power Station is as of November 2011 the world’s 4th largest photovoltaic plant with 80 MWp. It is the largest solar plant in central and eastern Europe.[1]

The power station is located in Crimea, Ukraine and was developed by the Austrian Company Activ Solar GmbH. The first and second phases of the project were commissioned in July 2011, the third and fourth in October 2011.[1]
