SR 665 SR 668

State Route 666 (SR 666, OH 666) is a north–south state highway in the central portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. The highway's southern terminus at a signalized intersection with the State Route 60/State Route 146 duplex in Zanesville, Ohio, less than two blocks north of the interchange the duplexed routes have with Interstate 70 at its Exit 155. The northern terminus of the route is at a T-intersection with State Route 208 just across the Muskingum River to the east of Dresden.

Route description

All of State Route 666 is located within the confines of Muskingum County. The route is not inclusive within the National Highway System.[2]

History

State Route 666 was established in 1937 along the same alignment between Zanesville and near Dresden within Muskingum County that it utilizes today. The highway has not experienced any major changes to its routing since its inception.[3][4]
