Nutrients is a monthly peer-reviewed academic journal that presents research in the fields of nutrients, nutraceuticals and nutritional supplements.

This open access e-journal publishes reviews, research papers and short communications. The journal provides the possibility to deposit electronic files or software, regarding the full details of the calculation and experimental procedure, as supplementary material. Nutrients also welcomes manuscripts regarding research proposals and research ideas.[1]
