Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Protein Research

The Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Protein Research (CPR), located in the city of Copenhagen, is a subunit of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Copenhagen. It is dedicated to promoting basic and applied discovery research on human proteins of medical relevance. The establishment of the center (announced in 2007[1]) has been made possible by a donation of 600 million DKK (~113 million USD) from the Novo Nordisk Foundation and through significant contributions from the University.
