The Northwest Georgia Bank Amphitheatre is an outdoor amphitheater in Ringgold, Georgia that begin construction in 2004 to host live concerts.[1] The venue was constructed using $550,000 in funds from the Northwest Georgia Bank Foundation, and with land donated by the county. The amphitheater opened in 2007 with a three-day Sunset Concert, featuring country artist John Anderson[2]

In 2010, Catoosa commissioners awarded management of the facility to Chattanooga-based Palo Duro Presents.[3]
