Norman Barrett (ringmaster)

Norman Barrett MBE is a veteran British circus ringmaster who has made a number of appearances on television.

He is well known for his act with performing budgerigars.

He has been awarded the MBE in the 2010 New Year honours list.^{[citation needed]}.

Norman has worked with all the worlds great circuses and spent 25 years at Blackpool Tower Circus.

Norman has spent the last 11 years as ringmaster for the well known Zippo's Circus touring England and Scotland.
