Nogaysky District (Russian: Ногайский райо́н) is an administrative and a municipal district (raion), one of the ten in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Russia. Its administrative center is the rural locality (a settlement) of Erken-Shakhar. District's population: 16,007 (2010 Census preliminary results).^[2]
