Mërgim Hereqi (Serbian: Мергим Херећи, Mergim Hereći) (born 12 November 1992 in Pristina, Serbia, Yugoslavia[6]) is a Norwegian footballer playing for FK Ørn-Horten.[7]

Career

Hereqi began his career with Vindbjart FK and joined 2006 to Strømsgodset IF.[8] He made his debut on 21 June 2009 in the Tippeligaen for his club Strømsgodset IF against Tromsø IL.[9] He joined in spring 2007 on loan to Drafn and in summer 2007 on loan to Mjøndalen IF.[10] Heregi left in March 2010 his club Strømsgodset IF[11] and signed for Lillestrøm SK.[12] He left Lillestrøm SK and signed on 20 December 2010 with FK Tønsberg.[13] On 07 June 2011 announced his movement to FK Ørn-Horten[14] and played his debut on 14 June.[15]

International career

Hereqi is former U-15 and U-16 member of the Norwegian football association.[16] He made his debut for the Norway national under-17 football team in summer 2008,[17] in the Qualification for the UEFA European Under-17 Football Championship on 24 September 2008 against Ukraine.[18]
