Marketplace at Austin Bluffs

Marketplace At Austin Bluffs is the proposed new name of a soon to be remolded shopping center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. The structure was formerly built as a mini-mall, with three main anchor stores, consisting of: King Soopers, Hancock Fabrics, and 24 Hour Fitness. At the time of its construction, this mall was named The Shops at the Bluffs, and originally Mall at the Bluffs.

The new shopping center will no longer be a mini-mall, but rather a shopping center with a more traditional style. Even though the structure will remain in the same location, at the intersection of Austin Bluffs Parkway and Academy Boulevard, the name change will serve to help rejuvenate its remodeled style and look. All three anchor establishments will continue to maintain locations at the site. Adolfson & Peterson Construction is the general contractor for the renovation.

Proposed new stores for the remodeled mall include an Office Depot and a King Soopers gas station.
