The Benjamin N. and Sarah Duke House, also called the Duke–Semans mansion (pronounced /ˌdjk ˈsmənz/), is located on 1009 Fifth Avenue in New York, New York. The building was built in 1899.[2]

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
