Dingle Lake

Dingle Lake (68°34′S 78°4′E / 68.567°S 78.067°E / -68.567; 78.067) is a salt-water lake lying just west of Stinear Lake, on the Breidnes Peninsula, Vestfold Hills. Mapped by Norwegian cartographers from air photos taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition, 1936-37. Named by Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) for Robert Dingle, Officer in Charge at Davis Station in 1957.
