Founded in 1986, Delkin Devices, Inc. is an independently owned business and the largest US memory card manufacturer in San Diego, serving both industrial and consumer markets worldwide. Corporate headquarters are maintained in Poway, California with an international branch located in Birmingham, England. Delkin's digital camera accessory products include: CompactFlash and Secure Digital memory cards and Readers/Writers, the eFilm PicturePad, ImageRouter, Archival Gold Disks, Fat Gecko Camera Mounts, and the patented SensorScope Cleaning System.

Delkin Devices, Inc. is credited with being the first American company to manufacture and sell removable flash memory to the digital camera retail market. The company began selling to the aftermarket for Industrial memory cards, predominantly controlled by Sandisk. Delkin’s first removable storage type was a PCMIA memory card intended for the original Nikon brand digital SLR cameras. The business is also recognized as the first manufacturer to package removable memory in today’s standard retail clamshell design.
