David Thomas Bosset ( August 25, 1944 - August 3, 2009 )^[1][2] was a well known promoter of tax evasion schemes,^[3] including the infamous 861 argument. He himself refused to withhold for taxes.^[4] He also had a permanent injunction against further 861 advocacy.^[5] He founded Bosset Marketing Partners, Inc.
