David Agema

David Agema (born 1949) is a Republican member of the Michigan House of Representatives for the 74th district, encompassing the Crockery, Polkton, Wright, Tallmadge, and Georgetown townships in Ottawa County, Alpine in Kent County, and the cities of Grandville and Coopersville.[1]

Biography

David Agema was born in 1949.[1] He received a Bachelor of Arts from Calvin College in 1971 and an M.B.A. from Central Michigan University in 1975.[1][2] He worked as a fighter pilot and Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.[1][2][3] In 1978, he joined the Air National Guard.[1][3] He then worked for American Airlines, and later as a business consultant.[1][3]

He serves mission trips to Guatemala for Pray America, and he is the President of Sabaoth Ministries in Grandville.[1][2] He is married with three children and seven grandchildren.[1] He is pro-life and anti-gay.[2][4]
