Dafina Zeqiri (born 14 April 1989) is a Kosovar-Swedish singer and dancer, known by her nickname Duffy, who achieved high popularity within the young Albanian-speaking community as a result of the kinetic energy of her hip hop and rhythm and blues-styled performances which earned first place at Kosovo's talent contest Polifest in 2007, 2008 and 2009.


Biography

Dafina nicknamed Duffy born in Varberg, but grew up in the city of Malmo in Sweden. She was interested in music and being inspired by her mother (also a famous singer in Kosovo).

Starting as a writer Dafina has already become one of the most popular singers and the trophies are not missing for the new talent.

In - 2007: She won an award with the song "Rralle e Permall"!

While in the year - 2008: Dafina made a BOOM Awards with the song "Adios" and was awarded with the audience award that means a lot for a singer! Also in 2008, launched on the market its first album titled "KnockDown". Continued participation in the Magic Song 2008 where she received the award "the first magic" with the song "Batteries!"

While in the year - 2009: Her fame was added after a dancing competition in "Op Labi Party (New Year 2009)" where Dafina won against the most popular singers in Kosovo,because her dancing was really amazing! In 2009 the success continued with two very welcome collaborations with known singers as Blero & F-Kay on the song "La Vida Loca" and Capital T & 2po2 "Shum Nalt(Too High)". Both songs turned into hits of summer 2009. In May of 2009 won "Best RNB" in Top Fest 6 with the song "Dua qe ta di" song which was a very great success which then also had Duffy and the `Mix-in this song which made the DJ The acclaimed DJ-Zap. In August, was declared "Female Superstar 2009" in Teksteshqip.com In September, attended the Awards with the song "Amazing Girl" and won the audience award for the third time. During 2009 2 clips very successful: "Shume Larg" (Stamps Pictures) and "Amazing Girl" (Entermedia).

Increasing the success of its trajectory resembles a missile at an open air space and fans eagerly await how the `Duffy dominate the music scene during the 2010 Albanian!

Dafina has stated that in 2010 will perform several songs with video clips and album with completely new tracks which will exit the market in wine.

In February 2010, Dafina has demonstrated that it has a wonderful vocal singing live in RTK Oxygen `where` sang two songs. We slip `Re` and I sang in English "Stupid In Love". After this show, Dafina traveled to Australia to shoot the clip of the song with new English-language "ROCK THIS CLUB".

The video clip of the song "Amazing Girl" by Dafina was the main winner of this year's edition of Music Videofestit, sweeping away the award for best videospotit, 'Best of All'.

Dafina collaborated with producer Cameron Diaz, or the choreographer of Britney Spears in the video clip of the song "Rock this club." Recently launched the clip of the song "Rock This Club", a song in English because as she says "every singer has a dream that his songs are broadcast and foreign stations." Zeqiri recounts in an interview that the new song, along with producer Shaneal composer who finalized the song, Lazi Boi, have previously collaborated with the acclaimed singer Rihanna. "There are many people who owe a big thank you: the first and most important is the Pride (Kenya), who has helped me immensely too, and many other relatives and friends of his," says Dafina adding among other things that art does not see competition but respects her colleagues. "No, because I mostly keep my colleagues. For me, all have their place, everyone has his own style. I am proud of the successes of my colleagues, lumturohem for them because we are Albanians and we must support each other. " Dafina took part in a concert conducted in Kosovo from the famous rap singer Snoop-Dogg and was very well received by the public.

In October 2010 and has collaborated with Tuna Sejdiu 2po2 song "Vibe", which became a hit indeed, and it said that Dafina lot has to be really that talented.

In December 2010 Ledri (of the Albanian group known as Skillz) and Dafina collaborate in making the song called "Po m'pelqen" which exploded with a boom and really hit.

We sing for the year 2011 New Year's holiday song "When you go on the curve," where the talent show for popular songs, and entered the heart with many people do, you win and many fans.

Also, we own it this go back to Australia where her film song "Dangeoursly in love", where the spot is its Dafina and her boyfriend Cocaj Proud.

In this year 2011 is expected to realiqohet song "My Swag" and her album The second, called "Just Me".
