Christian Kouakou Yao (born 1 March 1991 in Abidjan , Côte d'Ivoire) is an Côte d'Ivoire footballer currently playing for Muangthong United F.C. in Thailand.^[2]

Career

He began his career with Toumodi F.C. and became in summer 2007 an contract with Anderlecht's academy. After three years with the youth teams of R.S.C. Anderlecht signed in January 2010 for Thai club Muangthong United F.C..^[3]

During the mid season transfer period of the 2010/2011 season, the player is linked with the Belgian Premier Division club KV Mechelen.
