Christian Hammer (born 27 September 1987 as Cristian Ciocan in Galați, Galați County)[1] is a Romanian boxer best known for winning the title at the 2006 World Junior Championships as a heavyweight under his birth name Ciocan. He living and fighting out of Hamburg, Germany.
