Christopher Archer (born September 26, 1988 in Raleigh, North Carolina) is an American professional baseball pitcher in Tampa Bay Rays organization. He attended Clayton High School in Clayton, North Carolina.

In January 2011, Archer was included in a trade to the Tampa Bay Rays with Hak-Ju Lee, Brandon Guyer, Robinson Chirinos and Cubs outfielder Sam Fuld for Matt Garza, Fernando Perez and a minor league prospect.[1][2]

In 2010, Archer had a 15-3 record with a 2.34 ERA between the Class A Daytona Cubs and Class AA Tennessee Smokies.
