Klukwan School
Klukwan School serves about 41 students in grades pre-kindergarten through 12 in and around the Tlingit villaige of Klukwan, near Haines. As part of the school's mission is to support efforts to revitalize the Tlingit language, it offers Tlingit language classes.[4][5]
Gustavus School
Gustavus School serves about 45 students in grades K-12 in and around Gustavas.[6][7]
Tenakee Springs School
Tenakee Springs School serves 13 students in grades K-12 with a staff of 3. The curriculum includes topics such as the environment, marine safety, and survival.[8]
Angoon Schools
Angoon Elementary School and Angoon High School serve about 125 students.[9][10]
Correspondence school
The district operates a correspondence school.[11]
