Charles Black Milne

Charles Black Milne (1879–1960) was Unionist Party (Scotland) MP for West Fife (UK Parliament constituency) from 1931 to 1935.

This was normally Labour country, he did well to win it in narrowly in the National Government landslide of 1931, but lost it to William Gallacher of the Communist Party.
