It was founded in 1982 by Eric and Lee Miller,[1][2] and is the largest winery in the state,[3] producing more than 30,000 cases annually.[4] Prior to its founding, Eric Miller learned to make wine with his father Mark Miller at Benmarl Vineyards in the Hudson Valley area of New York.[5][6][7]
