Tu-Thân (Vietnamese for "to improve oneself") is a Vietnamese martial art developed in the 1970's by Nguyen Ngoc-Thach. " 'Tu-Thân"' ( Vietnamesisch für "sich selbst zu verbessern") ist ein Vietnamesisch Kampfkunst entwickelt, die 1970 von der Nguyen-Ngoc Thach.Der in Stuttgart wohnt Tu-Thân teaches self-defense and fosters physical and mental awareness. Tu-Thân lehrt Selbstverteidigung und fördert die körperliche und geistige Bewusstsein. It does not have competitions nor does it have a belt system.
