Lieutenant Bad Apple

Lieutenant Bad Apple is a super villain character created By Australian IT Student, Benel Barak.

Biogarphy

Lt. Bad Apple was originally Lt. Benjamin Appleby. With the Israelli Defence Force. Whilst on patrol, with a rifle squad, in the Iraqi Desert. Whilst relieving himself on a nearby apple tree Lt. Appleby is bitten by a snake. When his team failed to find him he was pronounced MIA.

The Venom in the Snake turned out to have been strengthened through the snakes diet of Apples, from the very Tree Lt Appleby was urinating on. When Appleby came to he found he was physically stronger than before, he also discovered an ability to communicate with fruit, usually apples, though sometimes an avocado or an onion.

With his new found power to speak to fruit he learned a wisdom and a set of beliefs and principals incomprehensible to normal people who had not spoken to fruit. With his newfound knowledge and power, he set out to conquer the earth. Like Paul Atreides before him, he decided the best way to accomplish his goal was to take control of the greatest economical commodity there is, oil. He is currently at large, recruiting an army of soldiers and committing various acts of murder and theft. He also decided to adopt a name more befitting of him. He Became known as Lt Bad Apple. Once he has ammassed his army he plans to name himself General Bad Apple. His favorite weapons include the Apple Cannon, The Mango LandMine, The Sunflower Seed M16.

He is now also applying for a spot in the Evil League of Evil, once in he will use their power and resources to achieve his diabolical plans, take over the oil and then use that to take control of the world.

He has an Evil Laugh that is almost a match for Bad Horses Whinny.

He has no desire to be the Bad Horses Mare.

Production

Benel is a 22 year old student living in Melbourne Australia. He originally created LT. Bad Apple in order to create a video application for the Evil League of Evil1. Benel Shot the video on the night of Friday the 10th of October 2008. The night before video applications to the prestigious league closed. He did this last minute as he was unaware of the application process until Wednesday the 8th of October 2008, which happened to coincide with the Jewish Festival of Yom Kippur. Benel, being a semi observant Morrocan/Israelli Jew, decided to keep the tradition of completely fasting for 26 hours, during the fast he was unable to engage in any activity which could be considered work, he was also unable to use technology of any kind. He did, however manage to brainstorm a few idea for his entry, whilst he was restricted from putting pen to paper he still managed to remember all his ideas and writing them down as soon as Yom Kippur.

Benel planned on recording Friday during the day but was unable to as he was attempting to study for upcoming exams. He managed to make his way to the apartment of his long time friend Benny Chong and Bennys house mates, Sarah Palmer and Leigh Pengetti. Benny, a professional Guitarist and amateur garagebandist. Benny managed to score the music (as payment Benel bought Chong a bottle of Paul Newmanns South West Dressing). Leroy and Benny both acted and filmed, whilst Benel Starred as Lt Bad Apple.

The Footage was taken over 4 hours, the music took one hour to write. Benel finished cutting the masterpiece at 9am on the 11th of October 2008, not getting much sleep in the process. He then miraculously uploaded his video onto www.youtube.com ( http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=Xq4Jjq34taw ), and submitted his application, along with a link to a Wikipedia.com page, which he wrote and designed in order to create a hype about his character and maybe influence the judges into choosing his work.

Costume

The Bad Apple Costume was made up of an Israelli Defence Force uniform which Benel Liberated from his breif time in the Israelli Army. (Whilst Benel was never enlisted in the Defense Force he did visit his cousin in a base. When the opportunity to get a nice uniform presented itself he took advantage). On his Left Sleeve Lt Apple wears a set of Red and Gold Lieutenant Chevrons and on his front left breast pocket he wears a Red Bad Apple Symbol which serves as his logo. If you pay close attention to the Chevrons you will also note that there is a very tiny Bad Apple Symbol in the centre of the Design. Benel Plans to use this Logo on all his insignia and his future Flag Design.
