James Robinson aka J-Ro is a hip-hop performer and former member of Tha Alkaholiks.

39 yr old rapper J-Ro resides in Rosharon, Texas collaborates with Lil Solja from LOS and now is working on a track called R.I.P Milton based on the death of their High school friend Milton Ferrufino. J-Ro has been off the mic for almost 6 months but he said he's ready to re-arrange with the slang writing, due to some family and personal problems was forced to suspend his career until further notice. He has his own "spanglish" type of rapping and recently has been squashing beef with friends and other rappers because he says "Ain't no Turning Back once you Fight"

Beef

This beef started when Xzibit claimed that he could have gained fame without J-Ro and the rest of Tha Alkaholiks and Xzibit had dissed Jermaine Dupri and King Tee. J-Ro dissed Xzibit on his song "The X-Homie", On The X-Homie J-Ro Rapps:

"I guess a lil money really makes niggaz change, The X Homie blew and aint never been the same... You used to be hip-hop John McClain, who you supposed to be the gang bang John Wayne Bitch please get your walk on to this, I saved your ass from getting licked by Bloods and Crips. Lil Homie You act like you don't know me, Jumping ship on your crew must be real lonely"

J-Ro Later Said In A Interview:

"Xzibit gonna have to get the message. It's no way around that. It's all real stuff that actually happened, so he has no choice but to feel it. It's like scolding your kid or your nephew; sometimes you gotta just make it happen whether it's in front of anybody or not. I'm just letting him know that what he been doing ain't appreciated by the whole Likwit crew, or by the whole west coast."

Xzibit was also questioned by Defari when Defari said:

"You wait til you are 27 years old and now you are Crippin. You aint from one street. Just cause niggaz from the set show you love, that doesn't mean that you are from the set. It's crazy because these niggaz are so Hollywood with this shit and there are so many regular real niggaz who aint never banged, who are way more gangsta then these niggas. They goin bananas from bandannas..."

This beef was squashed, and J-Ro and Xzibit was working on tracks again...
