Joseph “Joe” Aubrey Landor (born on December 27,1991) in his home town and his current residence of Troy, New York is the founder and current operator of Landor Industries, his web show Landor Industries Live, and his public tech social network Servo. He has spent time touring with one of his former schools presenting hard hitting information on the Underground Railroad at various conferences. He has also featured in interviews on NBC WNYT 13,SACC-TV 16,Capital News 9,Albany Times Union, and the Schenectady Daily Gazette.

Biography

Joe Landor is currently finishing up High School at Oakwood Christian School (which is a private day school) as a senior. He first started Landor Industries in 2004 at the age of 12 as a web design and news service. As time went on, he shifted the focus of Landor Industries more to keeping people informed in the fast evolving world of technology hence the slogan “Keeping You Informed.” Joe now hosts a popular web show called Landor Industries Live. His web show is technology based and has an interactive chat room embedded in it. Whenever he’s around in his home office you can see him hard at work making his online community a better place for those who partake in it. Also Joe’s website landorindustries.com sees close to 100,000 hits yearly with an average of 100 unique viewers a month. Joe also is a member of a number of social network services such as Facebook and MySpace where he constantly updates their content and makes it a “techucational” environment. Joe is constantly making YouTube videos focused on hardware, software, computers and everything else in between in order to help the everyday person make their technology experiences a lot easier.

Servo is Joe Landor’s online community especially designed for tech enthusiasts to be able to network and communicate amongst each other and share ideas to help make each others work and technology experiences an easy, enjoyable, and a productive one. Servo is constantly growing with more and more people joining all the time. The idea for Servo according to Joe Landor, was to be a social network that was for the people, by the people. The first attempt for Servo in 2007, ended in failure due to a number of reasons. The next time around it launched successfully. Joe has experience in computer maintenance, repairing and building. He is constantly involved in coding in HTML and creating something new on the web either for his website or his clients at Landor Industries. Joe’s abilities and talents stretch into almost all facets of the technology world. So in other words, he wears many hats. Joe currently lives in Troy, New York with his parents Joe and Kim Landor along with his brother and sister Alec and Mia Landor. In his spare time Joe is currently the head youth leader in his church’s youth group AYM (Agape Youth Ministries.)Joe was formerly a junior youth leader in a group called the Pathfinders.
