Cedarbrae Mall is a shopping mall in the Scarborough area of Toronto at the corner of Markham Road and Lawrence Avenue. Notable tenants

When Cedarbrae Mall opened, it had stores such as The Bay, a bowling alley, and No Frills. Several stores later closed, including The Bay, the bowling alley and No Frills. Current tenants include Zellers, Stitches, Sirens, Bentley, McDonald's, KFC, Taco Bell, Tim Horton, Toys R Us and Canadian Tire.

On August 22, 2008, the No Frills location reopened and Loblaws closed. Loblaws then moved into a larger superstore near Scarborough Town Centre.

Ownership

In August 1996, the mall was acquired by the Centrefund Realty Corporation.cite pressrelease |work=Business Wire |title=Centrefund Acquires Cedarbrae Mall in Toronto |url=http://www.allbusiness.com/real-estate/commercial-residential-property-commercial/7255173-1.html |date=1996-08-08] At the time of purchase, Centerfund announced they would begin expansion and renovation with a total redevelopment budget of approximately CDN$20 million.
