Arthur Hogg

Arthur Hogg

Arthur Hogg (June 20, 1877 — April 21, 1956) was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman who played first-class cricket for Derbyshire. He was born in Pentrich and died in Ripley.

Hogg made three first-class appearances, the first during the 1905 County Championship, and the final two the following season. Hogg's debut, against Lancashire, saw him score a single run in the first of the two innings in which he batted.

Hogg made two further appearances during July 1906, scoring a career-best 4 in the second innings of the game. However, in his final game, against Yorkshire, he failed to score in either innings of the match, as Derbyshire lost the match by ten wickets.
